Your therapist is trained to maintain your dignity and comfort throughout the entire session. All personal information shared during your appointment is kept strictly confidential.
  • What if I'm self-conscious about certain areas of my body?
    Your comfort is our priority. If you feel self-conscious about specific areas (such as your weight, a tattoo, or certain skin conditions), simply let us know. We can either avoid those areas completely or you can remain clothed in those regions. We're here to help you relax, not to cause discomfort.
  • Should I take off all my clothes during a massage?
    We want you to feel fantastic during your session, so please undress to whatever level makes you most comfortable! Many clients prefer completely nude massages for the most comprehensive experience (and that's totally fine!), while others prefer keeping underwear on. Some clients choose to remain fully clothed, and that works perfectly too! Your therapist will always step out of the room while you disrobe, and you'll be professionally draped with towels, a cozy blanket, and a sheet throughout your entire massage. Your comfort and dignity are our top priorities!

    Falling asleep is completely normal and actually quite common! Many clients doze off during their session. It often indicates your body is relaxed and possibly catching up on needed rest.

    Get ready for an amazing experience by: - Freshening up with a shower (your therapist will thank you!) - Drinking plenty of water to prep your muscles for bodywork - Avoiding large meals at least 2 hours before your session - Arriving 5-10 minutes early to settle in and relax

    Absolutely! Being upfront about your health history is super important for an amazing massage experience. Some conditions require special care or modified techniques, and we want to make sure your session is both safe and effective. Your honest health information protects both you and your therapist, creating a foundation for the best possible outcomes. Be sure to mention any allergies and if you carry an epipen. If you are under a doctors care let them know of your intention to engage a massage therapist. Think of it as teamwork toward your wellness goals!

    We offer a variety of session lengths to fit your needs: 30, 60, 90, and 120-minute appointments. For first-time clients or those addressing specific issues, a 60 or 90-minute session is recommended. Our luxurious 2-hour sessions allow your therapist to incorporate wonderful spa enhancements like aromatherapy, hot stones, dry skin brushing, and other specialized treatments for a truly indulgent experience!
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit cards, cash, mobile payments, and gift certificates. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand life happens! We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as that time was reserved especially for you.
  • What about tipping?
    Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. If you enjoyed your massage experience and wish to show your appreciation, a typical gratuity ranges from 15-20% of your service price. We accept tips in cash or they can be added to your card payment.
  • Do you offer mobile or outcall services?
    Yes! We understand that some clients prefer or require massage in the comfort of their own home. Our mobile services are available within a 15-mile radius for an additional travel fee. Please contact us directly to discuss outcall options and availability.

    We do! Our specially trained therapists provide safe, comfortable prenatal massage for expectant mothers past their first trimester.
